Creative Edge Travel - Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Creative Edge Travel network. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions to their fullest extent.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Client", "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "Creative Edge Travel", "CET", "Creative Edge", "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us" refer to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether through formal meetings of a fixed duration, or by other means, with the express purpose of meeting the client's needs in terms of providing the Company’s declared services / products, in accordance with and subject to applicable US laws.
Products and Services
The products and services available to customers of Creative Edge Travel include e-books available in digital format, online trainings presented as pre-recorded videos and accompanying guides and worksheets, webinars, personalized coaching services, pre-paid products, and various travel planning services.

Prices indicated on the sites of Creative Edge Travel are indicated in U.S. Dollars and include all taxes (if applicable) and exclude shipping and processing of your order of any physical products. The price of our products and services can be changed at any time without notice. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order. Any reduced pricing or discounts that may become available after you have paid your deposit will not apply.
Terms of Payment
Full payment is due immediately on the date of the order at the time the order is placed, including payment for pre-order products. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. You also have the option to pay through the company PayPal. The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the companies Stripe and PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.
Happy Traveler Guarantee
Some products, but no services, of Creative Edge Travel are protected by our Happy Traveler Guarantee which states that you may request a refund for up to 60 (sixty) days after your original purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product. The Happy Traveler Guarantee is only included with products where the guarantee is described on the webpage dedicated to that particular product. If you do not find information about the Happy Traveler Guarantee on the webpage for the product for which you are concerned, assume it does not apply. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not sure and would like to confirm whether the Guarantee applies or not. To be eligible for a full refund, you must have earnestly completed the e-book, training, or course, etc in its entirety and specifically explain why you are not satisfied with the product. You may also be asked to provide suggestions for improvements that would render the product more satisfactory. In some cases, you may be required to show completed work in order to substantiate that a genuine and earnest attempt was made to use the product or program. If the refund is granted, you are entitled to keep the digital product.
Delivery is made to the email address (for digital products and services) or physical address (for physical products) you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the email and address you enter and especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything possible so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed.

Our products and services may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Creative Edge Travel.
CET has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The opinions expressed or material appearing on these websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us and should not be considered as the publisher of such opinions or material. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. We encourage our customers to be aware when they leave our site or digital products to read the privacy statements of these sites.
You should evaluate the security and reliability of any other site linked to or accessed through this site before disclosing any personal information to them. CET will not accept any liability for any loss or damage, in any manner whatsoever, regardless of the cause, resulting from your disclosure of personal information to third parties.
You further acknowledge and agree that Creative Edge Travel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or services.
Digital products offered by Creative Edge Travel are eligible for the Happy Traveler Guarantee. The Happy Traveler Guarantee states that within 60 (sixty) days after your original purchase, if you’re unsatisfied after having earnestly completed the e-book, training, or course, etc and its accompanying guides, worksheets, and other resources in their entirety, you may request a refund by emailing email@example.com. So that we may improve, you may be asked to specifically explain why you are not satisfied with the product. You are entitled to keep the digital product even after the refund has been granted.
Using Our Products and Services
You are prohibited from sharing purchased products or links to purchased products or services with anyone else whether through screenshots, forwarded emails, personal presentation, sharing login credentials, or by other means. You may not create nor share a link to any part of the product or service without our prior written consent. All photos and text used in our products and services are intellectual properties of Creative Edge Travel unless otherwise stated.
Protection of Personal Data
About these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or any additional terms that apply to a product or service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our products or services. It is your responsibility to check if these terms and conditions have changed. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 5 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t act right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. Any disputes related to these terms and conditions shall be disputed in U.S. and Georgia courts.
