Custom Trips
We know it's a bummer if you have to cancel your tour. However, we make payments towards the trip long before you book your spot. Thus, deposits are always non-refundable, but can convert to credit depending on when you cancel.
If you cancel 90 days or more before your tour departure date, your deposit and any other payments can be converted into credit to use towards any of our small group trips departing within 12 months from the date of cancellation.
If you cancel less than 90 days before departure, we're unable to offer credit, refunds, or date changes.
All cancellations incur a $250 admin fee.

You couldn't be more excited about the trip we've planned together...but something comes up and you have to cancel. We understand how disappointing this can be! However, we spend countless hours creating your itinerary with an extremely high level of detail. Thus, Planning Fees are always non-refundable.
If you cancel 90 days or more before your departure date, amounts paid can be applied to a future trip date within 12 months from the date of cancellation, permitted that the itinerary we've planned does not change whatsoever. Additional planning fees will incur for any changes to the itinerary. Of course, we cannot guarantee availability and pricing for new dates and you'll be responsible for any difference if any trip costs increase.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive a full refund, less any fees and non-refundable or unrecoverable costs.
Cancellations 89 days or less before departure are not eligible for refunds, credit, or date changes.
